Possibly one of the cutest of all dogs, the Yorkipoo is a cross between the Yorkshire Terrier and a poodle (toy poodle or miniature poodle). Yorkipoos are usually a good cross between the bravery of the Yorkie and the brains of the poodles. They can be confident, intelligent, friendly, affectionate, and playful small dogs. They are not normally difficult to train. Expect a Yorkipoo to be 6 to 15 inches tall; and weigh between 4 and 14 pounds. Its coat is soft, silky and wavy. Some yorkypes do not peel and make a good pet for people who are allergic to dogs. Yorkipoos make good apartment dogs, although they tend to bark when a stranger knock on the door.
